GSM One - Callpoints


Please be aware that the GSM One app only works with ML and Optimus panels.

What is it?

This option allows you to set and change the telephone numbers that are called when a button is pressed. You can set each phone number to ring for different amounts, as well as set the diverts you wish for it to call if the first number can't be reached.

 

Adding Callpoints

To add a new callpoint, select Change Telephone Numbers from the Options menu. Next, select from the dropdown the button you wish to program.

Next, enter all the phone numbers you would like to be called when the button is pressed. You will also need to add a ring time to each of the numbers you enter, this can be between 10 and 600 seconds.

Once you have filled in all the required info, click the green ‘UPDATE BUTTON PHONE NUMBERS’ button at the bottom of the screen. You will then be taken to your SMS app with a text pre-generated to be sent. Click send on your SMS app to send this info to the panel. You should receive a reply from the panel when the info has been added.

 

Editing Existing Callpoints

To update a callpoint, select Change Telephone Numbers from the Options menu. Next, select from the dropdown the button you wish to program.

Next, update all the info you would like to change.

Once you are done, click the green ‘UPDATE BUTTON PHONE NUMBERS’ button at the bottom of the screen. You will then be taken to your SMS app with a text pre-generated to be sent. Click send on your SMS app to send this info to the panel. You should receive a reply from the panel when the info has been added.

 

Deleting Callpoints

To delete a callpoint, select Change Telephone Numbers from the Options menu. Next, select from the dropdown the button you wish to delete.

Click the green ‘DELETE NUMBERS FROM BUTTONS’ button at the bottom of the screen. You will then be taken to your SMS app with a text pre-generated to be sent. Click send on your SMS app to send this info to the panel. You should receive a reply from the panel when the info has been added.
