Config - Callpoint Numbers


What is it?

This option allows you to set and change the telephone numbers that are called when a button is pressed. You can set each phone number to ring for different amounts, as well as set the diverts you wish for it to call if the first number can't be reached.

Adding Callpoints

To add a new callpoint, select Callpoint Numbers from the list of options. From here, click the green ADD CALLPOINT button at the bottom of the screen.

On the next page, enter the callpoint number (if you have a one button system, this is callpoint 1) and the display name.

Next, enter all the phone numbers you would like to be called when the button is pressed. You will also need to add a ring time to each of the numbers you enter, this can be between 10 and 600 seconds.

Once you have filled in all the required info, click the green ‘SEND COMMAND’ button at the bottom of the screen.

You will then be taken to your SMS app with a text pre-generated to be sent. Click send on your SMS app to send this info to the panel. You should receive a reply from the panel when the info has been added.

 

Editing Existing Callpoints

To edit an existing callpoint, select Callpoints from the main options menu. From the list shown, select the callpoint you would like to edit.

On the next page, change any details you wish to edit. Once done, click the green SEND COMMAND button at the bottom of the screen.

You will then be taken to your SMS app with a text pre-generated to be sent. Click send on your SMS app to send this info to the panel. You should receive a reply from the panel when the info has been updated.

 

Deleting Callpoints

To delete an existing callpoint, select Callpoints from the main options menu.

In the list, simply swipe left on the callpoint you would like to delete. Click Okay on the popup to confirm the erase. You will then be taken to your SMS app with a text pre-generated to be sent. Click send on your SMS app to send to the panel.

You should receive a reply from the panel when the profile has been removed. Please be aware you will not receive a reply from the panel when the callpoint has been removed.
